Discovered this badminton pro shop by chance. Great store, lots of variety of racquets, clothing, shoes.... New building, good lighting, well designed store layout, clean and organized. My wife and I dealt with two very knowledgable sales people and accomplished badminton players. Wesley who works only on Fridays and Karen who is super efficient, patient and knowledgable works only on Saturdays. My wife and I are looking forward to playing with our new racquets.

Order 56656. I bought a Thruster F LTD Tokyo, they delivered it without the limited edition box and the racket had scratches.I asked for the first order discount to be applied to the order and a partial refund. The customer service team completely ignored my request.They refused to let me speak with their team leader and supervisor leaving me to speak only with the customer service team.No apology was offered. I asked for compensation and was refused.I had to take very long steps to obtain a refund of $399 CAD + taxes.Very bad service and total lack of respect for a first order of $500.

Went to pick up my purchase online at the store. They were quick and responsive. Did a great job on the stringing. Bought 2 Jetspeed 12 II and used the Ashway 66 for the strings. Used the racket. Well balance, responsive, and great control.

Friendly and helpful staff if you’re a beginner or long time player. So much inventory. Stringing machine on the side and cute decorations. Very clean and organized shop!

Best place to buy badminton equipment, they have grest customer service too! The thing thats really cool about yumo pro shop is that they always have the newest releases of badminton merch/equipment. I bought Tai Tzu Yings racket here recently!!! Would always recommend this shop to friends :DD

I am so angry and disappointed with yumo pro shop. I wasted my money and time on a badminton shoe that does not fit my size. When I asked for a refund, they had the nerve to charge me for the shipping costs. How dare they? They are the worst company ever and they don't care about their customers at all. Their policy is garbage. I had to pay around$ 40 for just returning the item that I bought. I wish I could give them negative stars. Do yourself a favor and avoid this horrible company like the plague.

Highly, highly recommend! Don't shop anywhere else. What a fantastic experience. I live on Vancouver Island so I ordered online. I purchased shoes, clothing, socks, grip, headbands and it all came to just over $200 so the shipping was free and yet I had seven items including new court shoes in my cart. I placed the order on Monday afternoon and everything arrived at my place on Thursday. It was incredible. I highly recommend Yumo Pro Shop.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Yumo Badminton Shop. I bought a racquet from their online store and had it shipped to the United States. However, upon opening the package, I discovered that the racquet had a noticeable crack in it.Naturally, I contacted Yumo Badminton Shop to request a return or exchange, expecting them to rectify the situation. To my dismay, they outright refused to accept any responsibility for the damaged racquet. Their refusal to acknowledge the issue was completely unacceptable and left me frustrated and dissatisfied as a customer.To resolve the matter, I had no choice but to mail the defective racquet to Canada in order to avail myself of the warranty offered by Victor North America. This involved additional hassle and cost on my part, which could have been entirely avoided if Yumo Badminton Shop had been more customer-focused.The fact that Yumo Badminton Shop refuses to take responsibility for the faulty product they sold me, is highly disappointing. It is evident that their customer service is lacking and that they prioritize their own convenience over customer satisfaction.Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone outside of Canada against purchasing any racquet from Yumo Badminton Shop. The risk of receiving a damaged product and being left without any recourse is simply not worth it. If you do need to purchase anything from Yumo, make sure you inspect the racquet thoroughly upon arrival, capturing detailed videos and photos of every angle. Make sure to document any defects or damage and notify Yumo Badminton Shop within 24 hours of receiving the package (that's what they told me).
