I found this courts are really in nice shape. And they don’t have damaged one. And they also have really good environment.

The go to spot for Batminton in Scarborough! I rent a court here every week and the club is always busy with frequent players. Call ahead as courts are often full! Lots of courts at the location and it's not too cramped compared to other batminton clubs. Prices are also reasonable for their court bookings. Staff have always been friendly and accommodating in the 2 years I've been going.

This place is our go-to for badminton. The area is well maintained with dehumidifiers, and there is a good number of courts. We are always able to get a court in the mornings.

I'd give this place a higher review but the bathrooms are so gross. I'm not sure when it was last cleaned...the smell hits you before you walk in. In the stalls there're mildew spots...seriously not sanitary.Otherwise, quality courts not too far out of the city

Well maintained. Bit expensive but better when compared with some other though. Very busy these days. It's very difficult to get the courts in the evenings, almost impossible between 5.30 to 10.30pm

Badminton lessons are expensive and if you miss any there is no chance for a make up lesson. Zero co-ordination between Front Desk , Management and Coaches and you would get three different answers if you were to ask for a make up lesson. The lessons are not up to the mark , children are not provided enough opportunity to showcase their strengths and move up the ladder... absolutely no professionalism and passion. If you are taking lessons on weekend , you children are more likely to get distracted by the game in the neighboring court as they are super over crowded. The facility needs a complete clean up and has potential personal hygiene issues.

Definitely weary about their stringing services after dropping off a racket for stringing services; took them over a week to string with little communication as to progress; when i recieved the racket there was a crack where the stringing machine would clamp on, as well as missing grommets. When confronting the front desk about the damage, the associates were dismissive claiming the damage was preexisting which was not the case (we always take videos/pics of the rackets before drop off).We struggled to reach a compromise as they finally admitted they were responsible. Since this is a discontinued racket, it was disappointing that a limited supply product was damaged. They refused to pay back the costs in full, refused to help source the racket elsewhere, and could only offer what they felt was a fair rate as credit towards their own store.They did not even allow us to take back the racket to complete the warranty claim. In the end, we lost the racket and all we could get as collateral as a result of their sloppy work was a second choice racket (and no free stringing AND we had to pay the difference based off what they said was a fair rate... they still charged us for the original stringing service lol).Their stringing is more expensive than nearby options such as j zone and max sports yet less care and longer wait time. Court rental costs and avaliability is truly subpar for the gta. I honestly dread having to go to epic sports when tournaments and exhibitions are held there now.

The worst experience we have ever had with regard to customer service and basic courtesy.We were a group of 12 people that booked 3 courts for two hours and paid upfront. In our experience with indoor badminton, we are always provided with rental rackets, and with previous experience in the same location, we went with that assurance.We went in and asked for rackets and the two ladies (considerably the rudest associates I have come across in any institution) responded that they did not have any at their disposal. To our greatest offense, they gave 4 rackets to the next guest who asked after telling us that they do not. Racism? Bias? What is it?What followed is 30 minutes of harassment wherein which they resorted to bullying us by denying us any refund or basic courtesy. Yelling, cussing, scare tactics, trying to silence us by even threatening to call the cops on us - all for what? for asking for a refund for a court we were not using owing to their bias and denial.The ladies after initially admitting their bias then started telling lies that it was their rackets that they handed out etc which we called them out on. Then the manager lady (how do they make such a rude lady a manager?) started yelling protocols to which we went to their website and verified that they were lying.After 40 minutes of being belittled, humiliated, and denied a refund for a service we were denied - and of us proving them as racist liars - they gave us back petty change.Worst experience ever! I recommend everyone to stay away from this rip-off place and chose quality indoor badminton courts elsewhere. You deserve respect and equal service. You deserve not to be threatened, yelled and have someone silently cussing you after ripping you off. Last time visit!I hope this management finds polite and customer friendly staff for their good.

Amazing location. It has plenty of courts. Its well-organized and everyone is punctual with their timings. Its a very lively place. Generally quite packed. Parking on the other hand might be an issue on a really busy day. 5/5. I highly recommend you try it out.
