Best place to play badminton. Going for training, place to buy badminton gear or just hanging out with friends to smash out some birdies. This is the place to be. Great and knowledgable staff, lots of rackets to test out before deciding to purchase one, can't decide on one, they can give you the best advice that will suit your class. They also offer training camps for all ages.

Worst service!I booked an appointment today they confirmed my 7pm slot! Then the front desk (girl) told me they over booked! Because they have a new employee! And she is giving attitude telling me did you read your email! Not even apologize for what happened! We travelled 30 mins. For nothing!

I recently had a disappointing experience at a badminton court that I visited. The staff member, an Indian man whose name I wasn't completely sure of but I believe it started with a J"

Almost Coming here for 2 years now. Never had any issues with any of the staff except this guy name (Jabin). Whenever i call in for booking a court he ask me to provide the card details over the call. Non of the other staff members do that. Even after trying to explain i have been playing here for a long time and being a loyal customer and have issues on the website he resist and ask for card details over the phone and don’t even get a confirmation of the booking which i find bit sketchy. Not only that everytime me and my buddies we come in to play all the other staff member allows us to play with our indoor shoes with the white soles but (Jabin )don’t allows and ask to pay for the shoes but upon checking there are other people in the courts who are already playing with a black sole shoes and they don’t get charged for it. All i am trying to say is that this place lacks for the rules and if they have rules they don’t apply to every single customer.

Pro shop is nice, all badminton necessities covered. 9 courts in total, courts are very close to one another. Courts can be very busy, common to see six or eight players on one court practicing. 20$ per hour with a membership, membership is free.

Is there any option to put 0 stars I dont even want to give 1 star to Jabin. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and I’ve played with the same shoes but yesterday an employee named Jabin told me I couldn’t wear my own shoes because they had black soles. When I requested him to give me shoes to wear he was going to charge me for them, I don’t mind to pay but I think its bad customer service to take money. When I went inside there was more than 5 people wearing black sole shoes. When I talked to the owner he told me I could get badminton shoes for free. After that the employee charged my friends $30 extra for no reason because the next court was empty and my friends were knocking over there. This one employee wrecked my whole experience and we will NOT be coming back.

I’ve been coming here for years with my friends and we’ve never had any issue with the place or the staff. When we last visited an employee named Jabin I believe charged us an extra $32 dollars for staying 30 mins longer than our booked time. The place was more than half empty and I don’t think it is was a big deal at all especially when the employee recognized us and knows we were loyal customers until now.
